Our flour tortilla production line consists of a series of specialized equipment for fully automated industrial and production of flour tortillas. The automatic loader feeds the dough balls produced by the high-speed divider and rounding machine to the tortilla press, which flattens them into round discs. These round discs are then baked in a multi-tiered oven to ensure even heat distribution and optimum texture. Finally, after cooling, automatic inspection, and automatic stacking, tortillas of uniform size and shape are delivered in stacks ready for packaging. This line is also capable of producing pressed wraps, and other flat breads.
