It knackers it basically. This is from a TS1 engine. A misinformed guy (not the owner by the way) put the problem down to "the petrol", but that's bullshit. I'm by no means an expert in this field (I don't even have a scoot) but the general consensus is that it's more likely that the part broke due to basic fatigue, having been used in an engine that's has well over twice the BHP of the standard engine that it was designed for...anyway, thanks for watching!
