As Envision Pharma Group continues to evolve as a medical communications agency, so too does their approach to management and leadership. This week, Rob Harris (Global Talent Lead) and Phil Matthews (Portfolio Director and Team Lead), both of Envision Pharma Group, talk to us about their Envisionary Leadership programme. Now in its second year, this group-wide initiative is building leadership skills among its people managers to not only ensure that all team members have a common and high quality experience of management, but also that Envision's leaders remain responsive to Envision's operating context. And we answer questions from the audience.
