For the first time in his NHL career (155 GP) Charlestown, Massachusetts native Matt Grzelcyk scores twice in a game.
In doing so, he becomes just the 5th Bruins defenseman in the last 35 years to score multiple goals in a playoff game.
Both of his goals were assisted by Charlie Coyle (Weymouth, Massachusetts), secondary assist on the first goal and primary assist on the 2nd goal.
The Bruins would go on to win Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals 6-2 over the Carolina Hurricanes
