GTA San Andreas guide to unlock they cant stop all of us achievement / trophy - Sneak into the underground base without setting off the alarm above ground during Black Project. This isn't too hard, take out the 3 guards in the guard towers from outside the base with a sniper rifle and use the path I use in the video and take everyone out with a silenced pistol, then sprint to the underground gate. You will have to complete the rest of the mission as normal once you are underground, doesn't matter if you get spotted. Achievement / Trophy will unlock once you have completed the whole mission.
