One Minute Bunkai: A Juji uke followed by the 180 degree turn and the double gedan shuto. Here we have a situation where we can spin into our attacker gathering momentum for a violent throw. Along the way note there are many targets for strikes of opportunity. I always add small elbows, bumps, finger pokes, jabs whenever possible.
