This is taken from the balcony on the 3rd floor of the Dayblock building, facing the back of the stadium.
If you look through the narrow strip of windows toward the top, it looks like they are testing a light show, maybe for the half-time show.
The light rail passes by during this video. You can also hear a police siren, there are a lot of extra police around the stadium right now.
This was taken around 10:00 at night, when it was around 10 degrees Fahrenheit outside - cold enough to see my breath.
