Before christmas my dad saw a Gibson SG private reserve guitar and he really liked it and wanted it, as he used to have an SG like it (albeit not a Gibson) when he was younger and he regrets selling that guitar. There's no way I could afford a guitar like that, so I decided to build him one similar to it instead and change some things to make it as unique as possible for him. The reason I've made him a guitar is because he's been a great dad who's done a lot for me and my two brothers and everyone else, and when I lost my license a couple of years ago I never really paid him back for taking me to work every morning for six months and even picking me up some times, which saved me from having to quit my job because there was probably no way I could have gotten to work every morning otherwise. For anyone who thinks it's favouritism over my mum, I gave her a really nice watch for her birthday about a month ago, so definitely no favouritism here. I just wanted to get this one on video because I knew this would mean alot to him.
