Tributes have been paid from around the world to Dame Olivia Newton-John, who has died from cancer aged 73. The British-born Australian singer and actress was best known for playing Sandy in the musical film "Grease" (1978), one of the most successful film musicals ever made. Someone once gave her the name 'Olivia Neutron Bomb' and to many she was and is 'da bomb'.
