'Paradox' means that you cannot resolve it just by knowledge. 'Orthodox' is established knowledge used for explanation, making systems and models.
Declarations define certain things, questions open up these definitions.
Sometimes we sign the wrong contract, we make the wrong compromise, and our lives seem to be out of control – however, the sky is always blue--but many times we fail to notice it.
Along the path of attainment, we can meet many kinds of pressure: first of all, your own karma that can be really heavy and unbearable. Zen means becoming one, it means to balance this pressure without acting it out or surpressing inside.

Effort is important, expectations ruin your practice – please do not be efficient in a materialistic way that you want results in a predictible manner just become clear right now.
Do not use your self image as a reference because thah’s what binds you to your past.
Your individual liberation can not be realized without helping other people.
Don’t try to use your logic and then you’ll see yourself better, your mind will always be larger than the karma that it has to reflect and contain.
What is meditation?
Your receptive and clear mind is very important and if you are ready to listen you absorb the teaching – if you are full of your thoughts you can not absorb even the bird’s song.
Do not inundate your consciousness with unnecessary data – when you do that you lose focus and something comes between you and the world.

Taking the body and occupying space on this planet is a very-very courageous venture – treat space with respect and then soon you will respect other people because you don’t take away their space.
Compassion doesn’t mean that you identify with somebody else’s karma otherwise you lose yourself – correct action guided by wisdom and compassion then it’s complete.
Be available but don’t be a burden – hardest choice of mothers.
