Menzies Research Centre's Freya Leach slams Victoria's first mobile pill testing service which will be rolled out at the Beyond the Valley music festival.
“I don’t think the answer is liberalising and creating the message that we are liberalising access to drugs and giving it a green light,” Ms Leach said.
“Let’s stop facilitating dumb, young people to do drugs at music festivals.”
