DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran today launched a scathing attack at Modi govt during discussion on Budget 2024 in Lok Sabha. He said that it is time PM Modi took some good advice from & followed Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin and that the PM was not working for the people who voted for his party but only for the parties which are supporting him. He also said,'People of Tamil Nadu are watching you, do not punish them. India will not grow if you punish Tamil Nadu.' Ending his speech, Dayanidhi Maran said,'People of Tamil Nadu have one more great fear. In 2014, when PM Modi first entered the Parliament, he took blessings of the Old Parliament. Now, that Parliament is no more. In 2024, PM Modi took blessings of the Constitution. People of Tamil Nadu & the country are worried, please do not destroy the Constitution.'
