Into week 5 through week 6 there are some additions and alternatives. Active swinging of the arm in walking is ok but keep the distance and speed to minimum. Did I say band work? I meant pole. Lol.

Patients need to stay careful, ‘patient’ and HANG IN THERE. It’s only week 6. Chill.
1️⃣ PAROM (Passive-assisted ROM) Flexion with pole / wand IN STANDING
2️⃣ Circumduction / Circles
3️⃣ Arm swing movement with walking
4️⃣ AAROM (Acitve-assisted ROM) Flexion with pole / wand in supine
