"Geriatric Millennials" or "Elder Millennials" are described as those born in the beginning half of the 1980s between 1980 and 1985. The term has since been used and discussed by various media outlets and gained popularity in 2021. Since then, Geriatric Millennials have come out of the wood work and often defined themselves as the "lost generation" or a generation stuck between two worlds (between pre and post technology, cell phones, social media, and other influences). In this video, we'll not only tap into the nostalgic factor that many older millennials experience, but 7 life lessons we may have learned along the way. As a Geriatric Millennial myself, I'll explain each of these lessons in detail and how we navigate through a world of advancement and change.
