The Penang Family Health Development Association is an NGO based in Penang, Malaysia that provides services in the areas of family planning, reproductive health and HIV/AIDS for the public. Viva La Pinang serves as a fund raiser to enable us to raise money to be able to buy our own building and expand current services.
