The Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner is a 19-seat, pressurized, twin-turboprop airliner first produced by Swearingen Aircraft and later by Fairchild Aircraft at a plant in San Antonio, Texas. It as a range of 1,065km. The Metro 3 is challenging to fly and it does punish pilots who become complacent.
