What’s your approach to “cheat meals” during a diet? In my experience, how often you crave a cheat meal is a direct reflection of how strict you are with your diet. I’m a believer in eating what you want and when you want, but in moderation. Don’t even call it “cheating” on your diet.
That said, if sticking to the idea of weekly “cheat” meals helps you stay on track, then just be mindful of how quickly those calories add up and make sure to factor that into your weekly plan. 👊
