AIDS, TB and malaria were in retreat, but today they are fighting back. We know the terrible strength of these diseases, and they are starting to gain ground. We have come too far to let this happen. This year we decide – to save 16 million lives, to protect the progress we have made, and to continue the mission to end epidemics, or to let the gains slip from our grasp. We must step up the fight.
