Joey Bondoc of Colliers Philippines reports that more non-Chinese POGOs are taking up office spaces in the Philippines. He says POGOs played a significant role in raising demand for condominiums and offices demand from 2017 to 2019.
However, Bondoc says there is a slow takeup in residential space amid the rising prices of commodities. He adds the BPO sector is still dominating the office market.
