This is a soccer player who injured his nose. He had a previous septal rhinoplasty, but his nose was not straightened out. We did, what's known as a complete septoplasty. His entire septum was restructured. We also made his nose more aesthetically pleasing, but kept his nose looking masculine and natural. Now his breathing is so much better and the patient's nose is straighter and is better proportioned to fit his face.

✅ Crooked Nose - Straighter with complete septoplasty.

✅ Nasal Hump - Improved with rhinoplasty using Piezo Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty approach.

✅ Severe Breathing & Cannot Breathe Out of His Left or Right Side of His Nose - Breathing improve dramatically, and patient can breathe much better.

✅ Over Projection of the nose - Nose brought back. So the patient can breathe better now.

✅ Patient emphasizes he wants the nose to look natural - nose now looks much more natural. In this patient's case, we did not have to use ear and/or rib cartilage despite the patient having a septorhinoplasty. We used a complete septoplasty approach and ultrasonic rhino.
