I think this is a pretty cool interaction that you would have missed if you just cheesed him for runes.

Did you know that the little dragons surrounding Greyoll are linked? So when you kill one of the little dragons, it deals 20% damage to Greyoll. Once killing 5 little dragons, Greyoll will Thanos disintegrate and you get five dragon hearts as well as a legendary dragon incantation (which I can't use because I'm unfaithful.)
