Learn how to make budgeting simple in just a span of about 2 minutes.
Eisenhower developed an Urgent/Important Spending matrix that allows you to really dig deep and consider how you should spend your money.
There are 4 categories:
1. Urgent + Important – short term needs that you would need to spend your money on to survive
2. Urgent + Not Important – meant for things that make you happy and the non-negotiables that matter only to you
3. Not Urgent + Not Important – the giant black hole of all your spending
4. Not Urgent + Important – future possibilities such as buying a home, starting a family, going to college
Here’s a good web article that shows the power of budgeting with the Eisenhower Matix: [ Ссылка ]
