Try out this Radhastami Special Sukhi Arbi which has a fascinating flavour of spices coated on colocasia to give perfect crispy arbi sabzi which is one of Radharani's favourite dish.
Servings ~ 2 to 3
Ingredients :
500 gm colocasia {or} arbi
5 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
½ tsp carom seeds {or} ajwain
1 tbsp sesame seed
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp asafoetida {or} hing
1 chopped green chilli
1 tbsp chopped ginger
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp dry mango powder {or} amchur powder [{or}] 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
