1 pack ready made har gow pastry
350g prawns
bamboo shoots 100g
salt 0.5 teaspoon
sugar 0.5 teaspoon
sesame oil 0.5 teaspoon
white pepper 0.25 teaspoon
corn starch 1 tablespoon
Steam for 15 - 20 minutes in a bamboo steamer
