A missile struck in front of the headquarters of the regional administration in the center of Kharkiv, Ukraine, on March 1, causing significant damage to the area, as seen in video posted to social media.
The explosion appeared on the street in front of the Kharkiv Regional Administration headquarters,
Firefighter’s are seen sifing through heavily damaged buildings in the city’s central Freedom Square after the strike.
Video posted by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine shows responders picking through rubble outside the regional administrative headquarters.
The SES said its initial assessment determined that at least one child was injured, along with five other people. The number killed was not yet known, they said.
