The Palestinian ambassador to the Czech Republic has died, hours after an explosion at his home in the capital Prague. Jamal al-Jamal passed away in the hospital after the blast, the cause of which is being investigated. No-one else was hurt in New Year's Day morning explosion. The Palestinian Foreign ministry is sending a team to help with the investigation. Jamal had only taken the position in October. A 52 year old woman -- believed to be his wife- was taken to hospital suffering from shock.
