I take a (long and detailed) look at a personal favourite, Dirt Rally from Codemasters. A quick history of the genre, then a dive through the structure of the game, followed by a critique of what it does well and what it maybe could have done better.

Overall, a great game for rally fans but does it raise the bar enough?
