Appoint Henry Gonzalez as Agricultural Commissioner and Monterey County Sealer of Weights & Measures for a four-year term of office effective March 14, 2018; and b. Authorize an advanced placement at Step 4 for Henry Gonzalez, selected for the position of Agricultural Commissioner salary range, in accordance with Personnel Policies and Practices, Resolution (PPPR) No. 98-394, Sections A.1.11.1 and A.1.11.5, effective March 14, 2018.
