This machine is an automatic softgel (soft gelatin capsule) drying basket washer. According to GMP regulations, the softgel capsule drying basket must be cleaned after each batch of softgel production. The cleaning process consists of 5 steps:
The Prewashing removes the solid/paste/heavy oily dirts;
The Washing spray water with detergent to do the cleaning;
The rinsing process removes the detergent residual;
The Flushing process flushes the basket with purified water, the flush process stops when the electric conductivity of the dischanged water reaches the set point.
The Air blow-drying to remove the water/moisture.
The machine is water-saving and labor-saving. It is suitable for softgel factories with many soft gelatin capsule drying baskets.
