200 gms mushrooms
1 cup vegetables ( carrot, green peas, cauliflower, French beans, capsicum)
1½ tbsp Everest Shahi Biryani Masala powder
1 cup fried brown onions
2 tbsp dry fruits cashew kismis
1 tsp kesar dissolved in milk
Salt to taste
