This is the second (and final) panel at the Government Accountability Project (GAP) whistleblower conference, "Whistleblowers, Journalists and the New War Within," at the National Press Club on July 25, 2013. This panel, moderated by New York Times reporter James Risen, focused on the whistleblowers' experiences with journalists and how these relationships have been impacted in an age of pervasive surveillance.
