“TED: Ideas worth spreading. TED is dedicated to researching and sharing knowledge that matters through talks and presentations.”
When people ask me where I get my inspiration, the answer is: videos. YouTube has become a beloved source of inspiration and knowledge. Among them are the inspirational TED Talks. TED Talks are designed to share knowledge, and are a lot less nerve-wracking to watch than to hold! I have experienced myself how much work and preparation it takes to give a presentation on the famous stage, because preparation is key to a successful talk. It all comes down to storytelling and dramatic composition.
Last but not least, the format of the TED Talk is just as interesting for our purposes. A simple stage setting in front of a small audience, which can also be streamed or shared later by video, should be kept in mind as a conceivable possibility for future events.
