Red chilli: 6 as per your taste
Copra :Grated 6 table spoons
Methi seeds: 3/4 table spoon (vendhayam)
Salt for your taste
Coconut oil will be good but optional / you can use normal oil (3 tbp spoon) we prepare this from coconut oil.
Curry leaves: 1 string (10-12 leaves)
mustuard: 1/2 spoon
urad dal: 3/4 spoon
Asafoetida : Powder 1/2 spoon,
