The trick : loosen bottom cap 1/2 turn
.. you can feel the piston o ring loosen . Find the sweet spot..
Tight on ring is for racing . More compression
Drift is for loose , reactive suspension
The you run the shocks upside down to negate any oil leakage .
Check for leakage and tighten as needed .
Why this works :
Bottom button caps that are tight compress the o ring on the shaft too much and restricts the action .
Loosening the cap slightly will allow the o ring to loosen on the shaft. Doing this correctly will result is loose shocks.
