Good hellos everyone! Today I am at Kawagoe, Japan. A little historic town in the Saitama prefecture just about an hour away from the Tokyo city center.

Among the traditional stone and wooden architecture of the Edo period, Kawagoe is famous for Eel, or Unagi with its culture dating back 300 years. You'll find many restaurants serving this divine dish.

The Warehouse district is the heart of the historic town of Kawagoe, here you'll find many street foods and snacks, most famous and popular of which are purple sweet potatoes, you'll find many creative preparations such as candied, fried, and even ice cream!
