HOW TO USE

Filling the water tank
Turn the water tank anti-clockwise to detach the water tank
Fill the water tank through the inlet.
Attach the water tank back on and lock it in.

USING THE IRON
To power on the iron, plug it into a suitable power outlet and press the power button. To turn off the iron, press the power button again and unplug it from the power outlet.
The iron is a dry and steam iron, meaning you can use it like a normal iron & as a steam iron as well.
To use/stop the steam function, simply press the steam on/off button.

DRY IRON vs STEAM IRON
Depending on your preference and fabric type, you can select either dry ironing or steam ironing mode for optimal results.
The idea of using steam is to soften the fabric, making it easy to remove the creases.

VERTICAL STEAM IRONING
For delicate or hanging garments, you can use the vertical steam ironing feature.
Hold the iron in a vertical position and activate the steam flow.
Lighter garments which do not have a natural fall are difficult to iron efficiently. For these garments, gently pull the garment a little bit & steam it before ironing.
The steam is extremely hot, please be careful while ironing & using the steam function. We recommend using a thick glove.

CONTINUOUS STEAM FEATURE
The travel steam iron offers a continuous steam feature for efficient and consistent steam flow during ironing.

Proper Handling and Usage
Use the travel steam iron according to the instructions
For a better product experience, please drain out excess water from the water tank after using it. If the water is stored for a long time, it will go bad and provide an environment for bacteria to grow. It is recommended to let the steam flow for about 30 seconds after you finish ironing to empty the water inside the heating element and then drain the water inside the water tank.
The iron is suitable to be used with tap water. However, if you live in an area with hard water, we recommend that you mix an equal amount of tap water with distilled or demineralised water. This will prevent fast-scale build-up and prolong the lifetime of the iron.
Store the iron in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem: The iron is not heating up
Possible Cause: The iron is not plugged in properly or the switch is not on.
Solution: Check if the iron is plugged in properly and if the switch is on.

Problem: The iron is not producing steam
Possible Cause 1: The iron is not plugged in properly or the switch is not on.
Possible Cause 2: The iron has not heated sufficiently.
Possible Cause 3: The steam on/off button is not on.
Possible Cause 4: The water level in the water tank is too low or it has all been used up.

Solution 1: Check if the mains plug is inserted properly and if its wall socket is working.Check if the iron is switched on.
Solution 2: Let the iron heat up ≈20 seconds
Solution 3: Press the steam on/off button.
Solution 4: Unplug the iron and refill the water tank.
Solution 5: Use the iron vertically, wait for a few seconds for the steam to be released.

Problem: Water droplets drop from the iron steamer head.
Possible Cause: The iron has not been fully heated up.
Solution: To allow the iron to fully heat up.

Problem: The iron produces a pumping sound/the handle vibrates.
Possible Cause 1: Water is pumped to the steamer head to be converted into steam.
Possible Cause 2: The water level in the water tank is too low or it has all been used up.

Solution 1: This is normal.
Solution 2: Unplug the iron and refill the water tank.

Problem: Leakage from the water tank.
Possible Cause: The cover of the water inlet is open.
Possible Solution: Properly seal the water inlet cover.
