Prepare the chicken mixture for the meatballs - Place 600 grams of ground chicken breast into a bowl, finely chop, finely chop parsley leaves and add to the bowl. Chop into small cubes with a large onion and add to a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of matzo flour, 1 tablespoon of chicken soup mix, half teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 egg. Add the cubes of sweet potato, stir, add a cup of boiling water, stir, close lid, reduce flame and cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add 300 g spinach and stir. Create 12 meatballs, move the vegetables with a spoon and place the patties on the bottom of the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the patties easily with 2 tablespoons, close the lid and cook for another 10 minutes.
