Quercus Fagaceae - Tiny Living Rain
In this patch, the percussive repetitive sound at the start comes from the Pittsburgh Modular Primary Oscillator through the uJove filter with an envelope from the Xaoc Zadar (Analog mode). It's doesn't have much of a timbre but it's still quantized through the Intellijel Scales and triggered by a change in pitch from the ALM Busy Circuits Pamela's New Workout. The melodic high pitched notes come from the Expert Sleeper Disting Ex Multi Sample and are triggered by Pamela's new workout to be a random note from a given chord. As you probably guessed, the warm swells come from the Moog Subharmonicon with an ultra slow attack and very long decay. It's using the built in sequencer to progress through the pitches, creating new chords everytime one of the 2 sequencer moves. The Subharmonicon then goes through the QuBit Data Bender for a bit of de-structuring. The whole mix then goes in the Strymon Starlab.
I hope you enjoy the walk :)
