· Potatoes are self-pollinators and don’t need bees to pollinate.
· Potatoes are hard to grow organically and a lot of the energy is often used for weed control, especially in this climate.
· Crops are rotated every 1-3 years, this provides more nutrients to the soil and prevents diseases.
