Aikido of Prescott in Prescott, Arizona is a member of the United States Aikido Federation (USAF). The first part of the video is a history of aikido which was used by permission of the USAF. The second part is the instructor of Aikido of Prescott talking about the practice and demonstrating some principles and techniques of aikido.
