The City of Port St. Lucie’s Planning and Zoning Department and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are in the process of developing a Small Area Plan for City Center. The development of a Small Area Plan represents an effort by the City to develop an updated vision for City Center.
The City sought input from residents through a survey and a public information meeting to identify the type of development and investment that residents, businesses and visitors would like to see at City Center. Small area planning provides local stakeholders with a chance to contribute to the development of plan recommendations. This is the first event in a series of meetings to gather public input about City Center.
