Week 4 of my fat loss challenge, where I find a new balance in maintaining my results from the past few weeks where I restricted calories to 1,100 per day (using only Undersun Meal Shakes) and limited exercise to 15-minute workouts.
After staying on track for a full 21 days it's now time to start reintroducing more calories into my day-to-day meals while maintaining my new weight - not losing any weight and not gaining any weight is the goal. We head over to Nova Southeastern University for one last round of body testing to see how my body has reacted to the new maintenance diet & exercise changes.
