Guiding the Tour du Mont Blanc, TMB - Col Du Bonhomme, 2329 metres/ 7686 feet
Early summer trekking on the TMB. It is late June, the huts are open for overnight accommodation and meals and we are on day 3 of an anticlockwise tour. So we are in the remotest southwest corner of the Mont Blanc massif, just above the Col du Bonhomme. From here it is around 1 hours walk around the mountainside to the Refuge du Col della Croix du Bonhomme - nice homemade chocolate cake and coffee.
