Another one of my encoder experiments which utilize the oscillator on the c64 to playback samples at 985,000 times a second with the player on the c64 only using one raster line.
Quality is very poor, but consider that the file size is around 1300 bytes for 20 seconds (as well as the fact that the encoder at the moment is only using one oscillator (The C64 has three!) Update is only one raster line per frame!
