If you want to visit Nishiki Ichiba, here's how to get there:
1) Take exit #9 from Hankyu Kawaramachi Station.
2) You will exit out onto a shopping street called "Shinkyogoku". This shopping street runs parallel to another shopping street called "Teramachi".
3) Walk along the sidewalk path perpendicular past the entrance of Shinkyogoku. You will soon see the entrance to Teramachi shopping street on your right.
4) Enter the shopping street and continue on until you see a "Wendy's First Kitchen" on your right and a shoe store called "ABC Mart" on your left.
5) Right behind the ABC Mart is a road that runs from left to right. Take a left onto that road and you will be at Nishiki Ichiba Market. You can tell by seeing the stained glass ceiling above.

Shops at Nishiki Ichiba open from 10 AM to 6 PM. I HIGHLY recommend getting there as early as possible, because the shopping street will soon be crowded all day. At peak traffic, it's very difficult to walk through.
