Ten people, who say they are members of the Unemployed Youth Movement have been arrested by police in Kampala on allegations of inciting violence. The group was arrested this morning at Nakawa Market as they proceeded to the police headquarters in Naguru. They said they were taking a statement to the police informing them that they have planned a number of rallies around the country starting this week. The police refused them to proceed and took them to Jinja Road police station.
