This is a brief video showing the control and operation of the Tecan CONNECT microplate stacker. The video includes examples of how to load plates into the stacks, the timing of plate cycling and control of the instrument with a microplate reader via iControl Software.
Note: The stacker has a yellow sticker on it that says " Never use filled plates on this instrument". The CONNECT used in this video was originally sold for purposes of loading empty inverted microplates into a scanner. Therefore, it was necessary for it to be labeled with this sticker. For other applications, such has the one in this video, plates with liquid may be loaded into the stacker.
