Friends, Mango season is back. Happy Summer to you all. We all love to eat mango. Today we are coming with an easy and quick mango #kalakand Recipe. This is an instant and mouth-watering kalakand recipe. You will definitely love to eat this lip smacking mango dessert.
Recipe for Mango Kalakand
Ingredients:
Mango pulp: 1 cup
Paneer: 1 cup
Khoya: 1/2 cup
Full fat milk: 100-150 ml
Condensed milk: 150-200 ml
Yellow food color: 2-3 drops
Saffron strands: 7-8 (soaked in milk)
Chopped almonds: 1 tbsp
Chopped pistachio: 1 tbsp
Crushed almonds,pistachio & cardamom powder: 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Take a pan add milk and boil it.
2. Now add mango pulp and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Now add paneer and mix it well.
4. Add khoya and mix it well.
5. Now add condensed milk and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
6. Now add saffron milk and mix it.
7. Add ghee once it done.
8. Now set kalakand in mould and put it in the freeze for 1 hour.
9. Garnish it with almonds and pistachio and serve it.
