Listen up Cadets, I just received a transmission from Commander Cody of the 212th. They’re heading to Utapau right now to launch a surprise offensive while Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi engages General Grievous.
I can not stress to you the importance of this mission. If we take Grievous down, we can end the war. Before I send you out, I need to know you’re ready to join the Attack Battalion so I’ve dialed up a 15 minute workout with 212 squat variations. Let’s see what you’re made of.
You don’t need anything for the workout. Just the weight of your body & a willingness to get the work done.
We’ve got 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest. Rest as you need between reps and know that you can always modify to work around injuries or pain.
Throughout the video I’ll be providing form tips leading into the exercises. Be sure to stick around to the end of the video for your cool down as well.
