Chana Delhi prices traded in the range of Rs.4850-4925 in the last week in line with our views. Prices gained by around 1% during the week supported by firm demand for chana dal and besan ahead of Diwali. Tur Akola prices traded in the price band of Rs.7800-8000 in the last week. Govt. has set base price for Tur imports – African origins Tur at Rs.59803/MT and Myanmar origin at Rs.79532/MT. Urad Akola prices traded in the price band of Rs.7100-7500 during the week. The demand for good quality Urad crop is better due to lower stocks and this demand is expected to improve going ahead. Moong Jaipur prices traded in the price band of Rs.7000-7250 during the week. Govt. started Moong procurement in Karnataka, around 8408 MT is procured. In the other states procurement would start post-Diwali. Rajfed will procure around 3.02 Lakh MT moong at MSP of Rs.7755 in Rajasthan from 1st November.
